In 2009 the demise of the Expert embroidery machines from the world markets meant changes at Aisin Europe, the European distributor.

The support team in the UK and Europe, were offered new challenges some staying with the company some choosing to move on to new careers.

The nucleus of our new company and new people involved influencing the company, formed in 2010 have a combination of over 60 years experience in all aspects of the embroidery market.

We have and will expand progressively and positively until we achieve our goals. The current support for our customers covers most of mainland UK. We will train and progress in line with policy to ensure we meet all our commitments and customer expectations.

Product will be sourced with thought to quality, support, reliability, market expectations, ease of use and with care for the environment.

We hope to ensure that all aspects of health and safety are considered. From our production carbon footprint through the supply chain to the European safety issues and to the extensive and far reaching warranty we offer to all our customers.

Our current offices and warehouse more than meet expectations and we hope to, in line with company policy improve and expand this also.
